These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the PVC 4DAT iOS application and the pvc4dat.com website (together, the "Service"), provided by 4DAT ("we", "us"). By downloading or using PVC 4DAT, you agree to these Terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use PVC 4DAT on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated here by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
PVC 4DAT Pro subscription
- PVC 4DAT Pro is an auto-renewable subscription priced at $8.99 per year (US; local pricing may vary).
- Pro unlocks unlimited projects and inventory, custom plan templates, PDF export, photo inventory scan, and Amazon shopping links. The free tier includes 2 projects, 25 inventory items, and preset plan templates.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device Settings > your Apple Account > Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms.
- On Android, the equivalent subscription is billed and managed by Google Play under Google's terms; manage it in Play Store > Payments & subscriptions.
Optional 4DAT Account
- PVC 4DAT does not require an account. In app versions that offer it, you may create an optional 4DAT Account to sync your data between devices; sync is off until you enable it.
- You are responsible for providing an email address you control and for keeping access to it; sign-in uses one-time codes sent to that address.
- Sync is provided on a best-effort basis. Keep local or exported backups of important data; 4DAT is not liable for loss of synced data to the extent permitted by law.
- We may suspend or delete accounts used to abuse the service (for example, automated traffic or attempts to access others' data).
- You can delete your account and all synced data at any time in the app or at pvc4dat.com/delete-account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
- PVC 4DAT Pro is tied to your Apple or Google Play account, not to a 4DAT Account; deleting a 4DAT Account does not cancel or refund a subscription.

No professional advice; verify before you build
PVC 4DAT is a planning and inventory aid. Bills of materials, cut lists, sizing, and shopping suggestions are estimates. They are not engineering, plumbing, or code advice. None of the included templates are for hot-water applications. You are responsible for confirming part sizes, schedules, pressure ratings, fitment, and compliance with local codes before purchasing or installing materials.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4DAT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for material waste, over-ordering, project delays, or installation issues arising from use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms as PVC 4DAT evolves. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
