PVC 4DAT is a field-first planning, inventory, and bill of materials tool for PVC projects. This Privacy Policy explains what information the PVC 4DAT iOS app and website may collect, how that information is used, and the choices available to users.
Information we collect
PVC 4DAT may collect or store information that you provide while using the app, including project names, pipe and fitting inventory, layout details, measurements, bill of materials data, notes, and related jobsite planning information.
If you choose to use image-assisted features, the app may access photos, camera input, or image files that you select or capture for project analysis. The app does not access your camera or photo library unless you grant permission through iOS.
How we use information
Information is used to provide and improve PVC 4DAT functionality, including:
- Creating and managing PVC project plans.
- Tracking inventory, parts, pipe sizes, fittings, and project materials.
- Generating bills of materials and project summaries.
- Supporting optional image-assisted project workflows.

We do not sell user data. We do not use user data for third-party advertising. We only share information when needed to operate the service, comply with the law, protect rights and safety, or with your direction when you choose to export, share, or submit project information.
On-device data and optional services
Some PVC 4DAT data may be stored locally on your device. Future or optional cloud, synchronization, export, support, or AI-assisted features may process selected project data or images outside the device only when needed to provide the requested feature.
Camera and photo permissions
Camera and photo permissions are used only for user-selected PVC project capture, reference, analysis, or documentation workflows. You can change app permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
Analytics and diagnostics
PVC 4DAT may use limited diagnostics or analytics to understand crashes, performance, and app reliability. These diagnostics are used to maintain and improve the app and are not used for advertising tracking.
Website hosting
The PVC 4DAT website may be hosted using infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare Pages. Like most web services, hosting providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, request logs, and security-related metadata to deliver and protect the website.
Children's privacy
PVC 4DAT is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Data choices and deletion
You can delete app data stored on your device by removing projects in the app, clearing local data where available, or deleting the app from your device. If you contact us for support or deletion requests, we will respond as reasonably required based on the data available to us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as PVC 4DAT evolves. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
